ignorance or stupidity at most. You don't want to legislate how people should think isn't it. 不宽容思维不开放!=racism.
In many parts of the world incl. US there is a history when 不宽容 led to actions that physically and economically hurt certain racial communities so people often get alarmed when there is intolerance I can understand this. It's progress I agree.
