　[提要] 根据统计结果，2008年全国城镇单位在岗职工平均工资注为29229元，日平均工资为111.99元。城镇单位在岗职工平均工资增加4297元，增长17.2%，增幅回落1.5个百分点。城镇在岗职工的平均工资最高的是机关，其次是事业，单位企业较低，最低的是集体单位。扣除物价因素，平均工资实际增长11.0%。
