可能会对软件／IT工业产生很大的影响。
远远比微软想收购雅虎的事件影响深远。sun虽然市值已经不大了，但拥有众多IP, 很多企业都会收到波及。
个人看法，ibm收购的话也许会对整个行业的发展更好一些。
