I’m very sad to say that Harvard, and most other US univerities, care more about money than principles, Because of political pressure, a vast amount of NIH money has been given (via NCCAM) and there is a lot of money from the Bravewell Foundation too. Unlike in the UK. most people in the USA are not paid by the university but by the grant. The university makes money from everyone it appoints in his way.
