do you use HD box or just Digital box?

I used to have a basic plan with the Cable company. Few weeks ago, I bought a HDTV, then ordered a "digital starter plan" including 100 channals. I also got a free digital box, but couldn't see HD picture. then I changed to HD box by adding a few dollars per month. It took me few days with hours of phone call talked with the technical staff, now finally I can see the HD picture. They looks so great. I feel my quality of life now get upgraded :)
