Gina's Weight Watcher Recipes
Servings: 10 • Prep Time: 10 minutes • Calories: 93 • 
1 can fat free evaporated milk
1 14 oz can lite coconut milk
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 tsp coconut extract
cinnamon to taste
1/2 cup of shredded sweetened coconut
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Pour into freezer molds.
Freeze and Enjoy!! 
coconut 雪糕也是我最喜欢的口味,真的也有点儿入迷,吃得不多但最近也有两次了。吃完后总觉得生活很美好。网上查到这个做法,决定自己也试一下,:)估计不会差。如果还想再减少卡洛里的话,可用代用糖,这是商店里不可能买来的。如果不喜欢cinnamon, 可以不加,也可以放些水果粒或菠萝丝之类的。
