However I ran some races I think you should count:
1. I ran two 10k races in March and another one in May, I never ran 10k before.
2. I ran a 8k cross country run on 8/30, never before.
3. I ran a 20k cross courtry run on 10/3, never before.
4. I ran Tour de pain in Jacksonvill 8/7,8/8, it was three races in 24 hour, 4 mi on the beach at Fri night, 5k in the Sat morning and 1 mi in the Sat afternoon, never did before.
5. I ran a 5k on April 11 and Jun 27, but it was not my first time since I did a few 5k last year.
So, how much should be counted?
