As a natural born Cantonese, I never had
the opportunity to eat 龙虎凤汤. In fact, I never
tasted a cat.
Why? Not that I am "better" than others. Those
are luxury items consumed by people with deep
pockets and/or people treating deep pockets.
As always, those who ruled and privileged are
the ones usually have wierd taste and a sick mind.
For 广州, a good number of the "governing circle"
is from the north.
