How about the experiments performed in these two papers? Is it a "pure" 剽窃
or a 剽窃 of "idea"? I sk this because, "we discuss the performance of some MPI implementations publicly available on workstation clusters."
since there are 6 year time difference between the two publications, perhaps the two
papers discussed different MPI implementations. Then the second paper still has its value although it should ABSOLUTELY not copied sentences/paragraphs from the
first paper AND it MUST reference the first paper.
