另：这里中文里“近10次”另人费解，有9.5次的起诉么？如果是想说肖声称起诉但未收到诉状，可考虑改为

... filed X lawsuits ... and claimed to have filed another Y.

was once terminated 似乎改为 was once terminated prematurely 更好？

which he had lost 去掉 had

He lost the case as well 把 the 改成 that 好一点，或者和上一句合成一句。
