Guests at the wedding of Sweden’s Crown Princess Victoria and her former fitness instructor, Daniel Westling, Saturday will receive as gifts cups and plates from a porcelain company in Tangshan, in China’s Hebei province, said a report in Chinese media.

Mr. Li also said that each gift box has a crown logo on it. The total cost for the porcelain ware was about 700,000 yuan, or $102.550.

According to Chinese media, the factory’s involvement with Sweden’s royal wedding started with a visit to Tangshan by a manager from Express Mail Service, the British delivery company, in May 2009.
As a souvenir of the visit, the Tangshan company, which has been doing business with EMS for a long time, sent a porcelain plate to EMS with a photo on it of the EMS manager and his assistant. The British delivery company put the plate up in its exhibition room.

Late last year, the Tangshan company received an email from EMS, saying that Princess Victoria saw the plate and liked it very much.
