I spent an awful long time to watch this Yellow-bellied Sapsucker that made so many rectangular holes around the trunk of a willow tree. There was a Yellow-rumped Warbler nearby that was constantly trying to steal the sap from the holes but frequently chased away by the Sapsucker. The Yellow-rumped Warbler, however, also helped the Sapsucker to disperse the other warblers.
