My 2.5 years old girl likes jigsaw puzzles made by Melissa & Doug. She can do 12-piece puzzles. But 24-piece puzzles are still too hard for her.

Amazon has a warning on the toys: Small parts. Not for children under 3 yrs. But I chose to ignore it.
