Becasue of inflation, the rent will go up year by year while the amount you owe will never change. So at one point of time you will start making profit.

Say annual inflation is 4%. Your rent income in the first year is RMB5000. At year 10 you will still be paying RMB4300/month (provide interest rate is about the same) while your rent income will be somewhere around RMB7400. Your net cash flow will be RMB2400/month. By year 20 it will be RMB5900 and so on.

Of course this over simplification. I didn't add risk premium. Bank will also ask you to repay the principal but in theory you can always refinance you debt and make it be carried on as long as you can. You know the same amount of debt 70 years later is a very small number.
