we shouldn't blame Qian either. Think about it, if Qian were asked by someone from the party to praise that rediculous claim, the only thing he could have done would be to BS some nonsense to make that guy happy. Beside, with or without his article, the great leap forward movement won't stop anyway. He didn't started it, nor he add any fuel to it.
