I have one paper reviewed by a guy who explicitly asked us to include several references. Two of them written by one person are barely related. It is so easy to figure out who was reviewing. However, I am now very pratical. If he can pass my paper, I don't mind add his junks in. The whole field are already full of junks. Probably mine is also junk too. :-)
