You can market them all, each targetting its own market segment. Jia is good for super rich people. Yi is good for markets that have government public health care that is willing to pay good premium to prevent disease from spreading around. Bin is good for poor countries that don't have public health care.

This is what you do:

- First determine the price of Bin, This can be done by studying the demand-price relation in developing country martket so you set a price that allows you to maximize profit. Let's say you finially decided the price is $1/dose

- Study the propability is one will transmit the disease to others. Let's say the chance is one will transmit the disease to 10 people during his life, the price of Yi should be no less than $10/dose. Make sure this price is not too low to affect Bin's market but also not to high to let Bin invade Yi's market. I think $20-$50/dose is reseanable for markets in developed countries where there are government sponsored health care system. Let's say the price is $35/dose.

- Jia is easy. Just make sure the price is not too low to let it invade Yi's market and not too high let Yi invade Jia's market. Let's say an AIDS patient will live an average 40 years before he die. The optimal price of Jia is around $35*365*40 = $0.51M/dose.

This is a simplified illustration. In real life you need to consider how the cost is shared between government and individual in markets where government pays for health care. Usually patient has to pay a small portion in these countries and that will affect how you price you products.
