I heard that for high output engines such as those
used in a 18-wheeler truck, it would be very
expensive to implement "clean technology" without
sacrifying power/money ratio.
For passenger cars, people now seem to jump on
hybrid and fuel cell technologies instead of
paying attention to making clean diesel.
