the willingness and financial condition of himself/herself and his/her health proxy, i.e. government pays for it (don't tell me you want the alive to raise debt for it), what's the criteria to choose such a lucky guy? Why other guys in PVS can not get the same treatment?
If every guy in PVS get the same treatment, the price of health care must rocket. Then, indirectly, you harm the interest of conscious sick people.
It's impossible to take care everyone indefinitely.
