海外的牛人跑到中土来，想谋个职位或其它好处，有的就会拔高自己在海外的经历，譬如这两天的刘首席（有时候嘴一不顺流，就喊成了刘主席）。这个事情多了，大家有些见怪不怪了。不过，今天，发现了一个有趣的现象：

黄锷黄首席在中土那是个牛，NASA 首席科学家（比如中科院研究生院、北大工学院都这样讲），有的喊他是海洋科学首席科学家（比如互动百科），总之，了不得，牛！从米国来的嘛。

不过，查到一篇NASA的通信，可了不得了，原来，黄首席在NASA 有名气啊，那是因为他是第一个被台湾中央研究院聘为院士的NASA科学家！

到底是子为父贵还是父为子贵，把俺整糊涂了。俺倒是怀疑如果刘首席有一天当了中土的夸父首席，加拿大航天局没准儿真的会把他升为首席：你看看，米斯特刘都当了中国的首席了，我们还有什么理由不用这样的牛人？

乱了，全乱了！

Dr. Norden E. Huang, a Goddard Senior Fellow, has just been elected to be an Academician in the Mathematics and Physical Sciences Division of the Academia Sinica (AS), the highest honor accorded to a scientist by the Republic of China in the academic community. Dr. Huang is the first NASA scientist to be so honored.

“I am very honored to be elected,”stated Huang."Being
recognized by my peers in China is the high point in my career so far.” Huang was raised in China and knows the prestige and honor of being elected an academician of the AS. “Since the Academia Sinica encompasses all of the academic disciplines from the sciences to literature, it is the aspiration of all academics
in China,” added Huang.
