Laughable in the sense that it is making a big deal
out of it.
True test for a computer program is to open source it
and see how many people use it and like it.
It is not big deal if you win or lose. I think
many American students just participate for personal
fun. I am sure most "big cow", American or Chinese
would not even care to participate.
