It's not 调侃 at all. It's simply a discription of QM "fact".
Put it this way. There is a "thing" called electron,
you don't know what it "look" like before measure it.
however, when you try to measure it, you have two choices. If you "want"to see a particle, you arrange
your experiment in one way. It you "want" to see a
wave, then do it in another way. You can not see both
at same time.
