I have found that the study region section of their paper is a copy/paste of a similar section in my previously published paper (Yu et al., 2000), with only very a few changes.
Independent and fine palaeo-climatic records are severely lacking in this area, which hindered a close look at the relationship between Neolithic man and environment. It appears that the authors’ project was (in?)adequately supported.

To be honest, I have no any personal and interest conflicts with the authors. What irritated me is their attitude towards science. Actually, all nontechnical but severe problems I pointed out can be easily found by any author. I am also shame on their scientific ethics. The Study region section of their paper is a copy/paste of a similar section in my previously published paper (Yu et al., 2000), with only very a few changes. Some important literatures with original data were selectively neglected. Independent and fine palaeo-climatic records are severely lacking in this area, which hindered a close look at the relationship between Neolithic man and environment. It appears that the authors’ project was adequately supported. I really wish they could solve this problem by original work, rather than counterfeiting and plagiarism.
