Dear All,

Several months ago, I asked about experience with using of DPSS green lasers made in China for pumping a dye lasers. Now I can share with you my own experience.

I have ordered 5W DPSS laser from Jiangsu Daoo Optoelectrical Co., Ltd. for ~ $10,000. Unfortunately, what I received looks as a bad joke: It is small 500 mW laser without some important parts and any manual. When I wrote to the company about the mistake, the answer was: Please , do not hesitate to use the laser we sent you. The company refused to replace what they sent to the real laser or refund us.

Can somebody advise me what is possible to do?
