mild seven still exists

when i was in japan in late 90's, there's cigarette auto vendors, even though labeling said it's illegal for minors to buy. but come on! that's really a lame anti-smoking measure. i wonder if now still exist such machines.

yet with japan's rather loose regulation, japan is around the top of the world on life expectancy...
