最年轻市长的一点质疑

近日爆出最年轻的市长周森峰论文抄袭一事，只能说深感遗憾。看了原文，实在
让人吐血，且不论其抄袭，我仅从其英文能力说下：

1、	自己名字的英文能够写错？ZHOU Shen-feng？

2、	英文标题误将价值链Value Chain 写为 Value China。

3、	清华大学一般在正式场合的是否该写做Tsinghua University，而不是
Qinghua University？

我想这些错误，只要稍作检查定是不会出现的。不知我们的市长在处理其他事情
中也如此不仔细。

网上看到很多评论认为只要能够为人民做点实事，抄袭也是可以原谅的。因为他
是最年轻的市长吗？但凡论文抄袭者，哪一个现在不是在自己的岗位上为国家做
贡献（当然贡献大小不尽相同而已）？如果都可原谅，中国学术何在？悲哀！再
斗胆问句：如果我将来也能够为老百姓做出大贡献，那么我现在可以抄袭论文吗？

competitive advantages. It lastly clarifies core competence covers 
strategic programming power, resource integrity ability and innovative 
capability.
