　　傅德志的怪异表演

　　有道是，世界之大，无奇不有。植物所的研究员傅德志就是一个四六不懂的
怪异浑球。前天（1月28日），在其博客中出现了一篇博文叫做《请教同行：我
这样枪毙人家一篇文章对吗？》。参见

　　在这篇博文中，他看似是向别人请教问题，实际上是在显摆，告诉大众他也
是国外杂志的审稿人。

　　看样子，老傅可能往这家马来西亚的杂志投过稿，或许还在那里发表过论文，
这次人家杂志赏脸让他当一次审稿人。这可把老傅乐坏了，赶快拿出来显摆一下，
以证明自己也有能力当审稿人，也能枪毙别人的稿件。实际上，老傅的这个博文
不但不能给他增加分量，反倒是露出了草包里边的糟糠。

　　首先，在他书写的126个单词的评语中，单词和语法的错误不下十处。

　　再者，杂志社对投稿人都是有承诺的，在论文未发表之前杂志社有保密的义
务，不能透露论文的内容。老傅不顾这起码的行为准则，在他收到待审论文的第
二天，就把人家的论文全文张贴在自己的博客里，这是严重违反职业道德的行为。
在匿名审稿制度中，除非特殊情况，杂志社也不会让作者知道审稿人的名字，老
傅马上公开自己的姓名和评审内容，也违反了匿名评审的行为准则。

　　我估计，在杂志社或原作者发现以后，一定会抗议他这种丧心病狂的行为，
并要求他删除该博文。

Cabombaceae is originally belong to a big family   Nymphaeaceae. Even 
it is recognized as new family by many researchers,it is still as part 
of the Nymphaeaceae in most national floras. There are so many “smll” 
families divided from other big families as Nymphaeaceae in angiosperm. 
If the editor in chief of the <Flora of Malaysia> would like to use 
“smll” families, they could use Cabombaceae directly, but not as a 
new record.

In fact, a new record in taxonomy means a new finding plants never 
seen before in an area.    Cabombaceae, nether of a smll family no of 
a part beong to original big family, it    is still distributed in the 
area.Therefor it is nether a new finding no a new record in the area.
