　　北京科技大学化学系的李新学论文大篇幅雷同

　　最近我查阅文献，我发现北京科技大学化学系教授李新学在2009年反复一稿
多投, 其发表在Journal of Molecular Liquids,和美国化学会期刊:J. Chem. 
Eng. Data,的论文雷同, 而且已经发表过的文章再次投稿,属于恶意的一稿多投
的行为.
