　　北京理工大学的奇人（续）

　　再看一个北京理工大学信息学院的奇人：

　　夏元清，出生1971年1月，1991.07-1995.09安徽省天长市铜城中学教师，
1998.09-2001.12就读于北京航空航天大学，专业为控制理论与控制工程，方向
为鲁棒控制及其应用，获得工学博士学位。2001.12-2003.11中国科学院数学与
系统科学研究院系统科学研究所博士后，主要从事自抗扰控制技术研究。
2003.11-2004.02新加坡国立大学电子与计算机工程系博士后，主要从事变结构
控制研究。2004.02-2006.02英国格拉摩根大学电子学院高级研究学者，主要从
事于网络化控制研究。2006.02-2007.02北京理工大学，副教授。
2007.02-2008.06因斯布鲁克医科大学，客座教授，从事生物医学信号分析与处
理研究。2008.06至今为北京理工大学教授、博士生导师。 

　　没有受过正规教育，20岁就去中学当了教师。从社会底层奋斗到了著名大学
的博士和博士后并周游列国，只有奇人才能作到。说实话他刚来北理工时，其学
术水平高于北理工自己培养的博士，他的特点就是能在一个小的研究课题上把简
单问题复杂化而编出大量的文章来。也许正是有了这些复杂的社会经历，夏元清
一到北理工，就对学院环境进行了深入调研、认清形势并决定投靠当时正得志的
陈杰（上一篇文章中的北京理工大学的奇人）。给陈杰写了不少论文，如

　　陈杰主要是做行政管理兼做一点工程项目的，理论水平很低，以上论文根本
看不懂。仅靠三寸不烂之舌，从校长秘书到校长助理兼信息学院书记，陈杰在理
工大学呼风唤雨、一路飙升，眼看就要高升为副校长、自动化学会副理事长了，
但在民意调查时，由于群众反映强烈、意见极大，被学校降为科研处副处长（谢
谢学校的延安作风和革命传统，谢谢了，我代表全体老教师谢谢了）。

　　陈杰大势已去，夏元清又要做新的选择了。付梦印，这个理工大学首富，所
研制的产品已经大批买给全国各地和中东地区，赚钱不计其数，开着80多万的私
人汽车在校园里招摇，被学校领导认为是能人、任命为自动化学院院长。从2009
年开始，夏元清及时认清了新的形势，又开始给付梦印写论文

　　付梦印长年从事产品研制和管理工作，根本看不懂这些论文。以前根本没有
能拿出手的论文。但近年来论文数目增长很快。这就是北京理工大学的现实情况，
当了领导后论文数量和收入水平都显著提高了。 

　　夏元清同志，你作为北京理工大学的教授、博士生导师，这样见风使舵频繁
换主子、巴结领导，不觉得可耻吗？你还有脸为人师表培养研究生吗？
