　　最近在查阅ZnO薄膜生长方面的文章，发现Chunxiao Cong, Bin Yao等发表
于
　　APPLIED PHYSICS LETTERS 89,262108 （2006），Control of 
structure,conduction behavior, and band gap of Zn1-xMgxO films by 
nitrogen partial pressure ratio of sputtering gases，
　　J.Phys.D:Appl.Phys. 41 (2008)105303，Effect of growth ambient on 
the structure and properties of MgxZn1-xO thin films prepared by 
radio-frequency magnetron sputtering，

　　不仅是灌水文章，而且存在严重的一稿多投。

　　两篇文章所有图表几乎完全一样。除此之外，两文章完全重复同样观点，有
趣的是，为了掩人耳目，他们将一种样品称为” Zn1-xMgxO”，而另一个叫
“MgxZn1-xO”，用这种伎俩来防止揭发。很是可笑。
