　　哈尔滨工业大学深圳研究院机电与自动化学院吴晓军抄袭10年前的论文

　　本人查阅资料，发现哈尔滨工业大学深圳研究院机电与自动化学院的吴晓军
副教授发表的论文“fast implicit surface reconstruction method based on 
normal constraints”严重抄袭。

　　该论文出自 proceedings of th 2010 IEEE international conference on 
mechatronics and automation august 4-7 2010 xi'an china.该文在摘要中指
出“we build an energy by three steps corresponding to enforcement of 
the interpolatory constraints ,satisfying of normal constraints ...”，
事实上，这种方法是非常著名的Gradient one 算法。具体出处：Robust and 
repeatable fitting of implicit polynomial curves to point data sets 
and to intensity images, 2001, brown university 博士论文，该论文作者是
Tolga Tasdizen.该算法还正式出版过，具体期刊出处是：Tolga Tasdizen. 
Improving the Stability of Algebraic Curves for Applications.IEEE 
TRANSACTIONS ON IMAGE PROCESSING, 2000, 9(3):405-416。

　　只要查看吴晓军文中的公式（8），（9）和Tolga Tasdizen的期刊论文中的
公式（6）以及其后的矢量形式就会发现它们一模一样，只是将记法改变一下而
已。而这两个公式是吴晓军文的主要内容，并一再宣称是自己提出的，文后的参
考文献更没有给出出处。Tolga Tasdizen的博士论文公式(2.10)和（2.12）更是
清楚说明了什么是Gradient one算法。该算法2000年就提出，而且非常经典，吴
晓军的论文居然抄袭10年前的论文，而且英文对英文，令人感叹。
