◇◇新语丝(www.xys.org)(xys7.dxiong.com)(xys.ebookdiy.com)(xys2.dropin.org)◇◇ 一个用心良苦、极端险恶的成果造假事件——四川省卫生厅厅长王正荣报奖造假   在全国学术界正在整顿学术风气,对科学界造假事件予以严厉打击的浪潮中, 四川省内居然又冒出了卫生厅厅长报奖造假事件,而这一造假用心极端险恶,隐 藏交易,令众多知情人无不感叹,大家都非常愤怒。现将情况公开如下:   2012年8月,四川省科技进步奖进入评选阶段。其中的一个是来自四川大学 华西妇女儿童医院的项目,已通过四川省科技进步一等奖的初评,内容与“端粒 酶与缺血缺氧性脑病”相关的奖,报奖人的排序十分蹊跷,大有看头,令人不解: 排名依次为:四川大学华西妇女儿童医院院长母得志、四川省卫生厅厅长王正荣、 四川大学华西妇女儿童医院科研院的屈艺、四川大学华西妇女儿童医院儿科教研 室万朝敏(王正荣的夫人),等等依次往下。个中问题很大:   1. 王正荣厅长出身华西,但一直是搞时间生物学的,与儿科的缺血缺氧性 脑病根本不沾边,从Medline和国内CNKI检索结果得知,他唯独发表过的与端粒 酶相关的文章中文期刊和英文期刊各一篇,都是研究端粒酶与肿瘤的,与缺血缺 氧性脑病完全不相干。他以什么样的贡献可以排在获奖者的第二?   2. 王正荣的夫人万朝敏目前是华西的儿科教研室主任,她的研究方向一直 是儿童感染,科研工作做了一些心脏研究,从Pubmed和国内CNKI检索发现她也发 表了仅仅两篇与端粒酶相关的文章,中文期刊和英文期刊各一篇,更为有趣的是, 王正荣夫妻两人的这两篇与端粒酶相关文章均为相同的两篇。她又以什么样的贡 献可以排在第四?   3. 四川省科技进步一等奖在我们科技工作者心中是非常重要的奖项,评选 历来比较公正。而这次这个项目所包含的内容最高的文章影响因子才5分多一点, 且只有一篇。而且其论文大多为动物试验,从社会效益上来看,基本还没有产生 任何社会效益,更谈不上经济效益,对于国家和地方的卫生发展做贡献的角度来 讲几乎为零,那么,这个申报奖项凭什么可以通过一等奖的初评?   故我们完全有理由认为,项目的第一完成人母得志知道,但凭他的这项研究 的实力根本无法拿到一等奖,为了能够得奖,便出现了我们现在看到的结果:抬 出卫生厅分管科技的厅长王正荣当大旗,又拉出厅长夫人当内应,厅长夫妻两人 的强强进入为医院院长母得志的得奖一路冲关,这样一场典型的官、学交易诞生 了。   一项学术奖项的产生,本来是科研工作者长期严谨科学研究的心血凝成,而 这样的学术造假却让神圣的科学研究蒙羞!我们曾向四川省科技厅检举此事,但 未能得到答复,因此希望借助社会的力量弄清事实真相,在此强烈请求方舟子调 查此事!不要让这种在官场和学术场都想狂捞一把的学术骗子得逞。让我们这些 埋头实验室的普通人寒心!   还有一点需要说明,据说王厅长明年还在争取机会升职到四川省政协副主席, 这类奖项的获得肯定是重要的砝码。 愤怒的科技工作者 附: 王正荣pubmed文章记录: 1: Jiang XH, Zhang L, Wang YH, Liu YY, Jiang Z, Wang ZR.
