　　辽工大准优青李永明教授水平究竟如何？

　　1）　最近，我们在查阅文献时发现，在不到两年的时间里，辽工大准优青
李永明教授通过担任期刊AE和审稿人，疯狂地要求作者引用自己的论文，操纵引
用简直到了触目惊心的地步。例如作为 IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man, 
and Cybernetics: Systems的副主编，每一篇他处理的稿子都要引用他四篇论文
以上。大家可以看看他的引用就知道了，大部分来自 IEEE Transactions on 
Systems, Man, and Cybernetics: Systems。
