这英文写得真TMD烂! 英联邦教育委员会也写'中式英语',还错误百出？
网上一翻，这个所谓委员会也是子虚乌有，估计也是个骗子公司。这张不知花了
多少钱买下来的奖状，一看就是中国人做的，还有什么皇家荣誉和国花，简直丢
脸。

证书的签名、时间写法、漏洞百出的低级英语，还有那个LOGO，好象也是什么
‘网上购物’或‘电脑品质’的安全认证标志，怎么成了这个委员会的旗子了？
（个别字句辨认不清，如‘brilliant'是猜的,请明眼人赐教。）
