　　刘辉有没有在纽约大学当过“外科医师”“外科副教授”？

　　刘晖在简历中曾列出：
　　“1994-1998 美国纽约大学医学院医疗中心外科医师
　　1998-2004 美国纽约大学医学院医疗中心外科，外科副教授”

　　对此我有疑问。

　　1.按照纽约州教育法，只有具有行医执照或被授豁免权的人士才可在纽约行
医或自称是医师 （见http://www.op.nysed.gov/article131.htm）：

　　§6521. Definition of practice of medicine.
　　The practice of the profession of medicine is defined as diagnosing, 
treating, operating or prescribing for any human disease, pain, injury, 
deformity or physical condition.
　　-------------------------------------------------------

　　§6522. Practice of medicine and use of title "physician".
　　Only a person licensed or otherwise authorized under this article 
shall practice medicine or use the title "physician".

　　我去纽约州教育局官方网站的医师执照核实网页
(http://www.op.nysed.gov/opsearches.htm)，用liu姓搜索，没有见到有"Liu, 
Hui"的行医执照注册资料。

　　在可被豁免执照而行医的9项条款中，刘辉唯一可能符合条件的只有第一条，
即以住院医师（resident)身份。但在美国，一个住院医能同时担任本科室的副
教授，一定是个“破格提拔”的特例。

　　希望刘辉教授或知情者能对此作一解释澄清。
