　　近来有很多ICT方面的会议由一个叫ICST(http://www.icst.org/)的组织举
办。但是我发现这个组织的会议有欺诈的嫌疑，一些去年（2007）年会议的论文
到现在都没有出现在CFP里面承诺的论文数据库和检索里。比如

　　IEEE BROADNETS 2007 http://www.broadnets.org/2007/cfp.html
　　“Authors of accepted papers are required to register at regular 
registration rates in order for the paper to appear in the conference 
proceedings and on IEEE Xplore digital library.”

　　在IEEE Xplore里面查不到BROADNETS 2007的一篇文章。
　　QShine 2007 http://www.qshine.org/2007/cfp.shtml
　　“All accepted papers will be made available in , Association for 
Computing Machinery (ACM) Digital Library and then be indexed by 
Engineering Information (EI).”

　　在ACM Digital Library也找不到QShine 2007的一篇文章。

　　类似的情况一定也存在于其它的ICST会议。

　　所以，请各位准备投稿和组织ICST会议
（http://www.icst.org/?page=conf&site=upcoming）的研究人员，和曾经和
2007年以后ICST会议（http://www.icst.org/?page=conf&site=past）有接触的
研究人员注意保护自己。如果您的同事准备投稿或者组织他们的会议，也请他们
注意。

　　或许xys也可以开展一些类似的会议打假活动。
