　　碘盐的危害确实没有证据

　　今天吃饭的时候听朋友说吃碘盐会引发碘富余会致癌。我听得一头雾水。

　　回来后看了新浪博客里几乎都是反对方舟子的。看来大家都相信了。

　　于是我到ScienceDirect上搜索了iodized salt这一关键词。

　　阅读了10多篇文献之后，我得到的结论偏向于方舟子。（为保证客观性，特
地排除中国科研单位参与的研究，那些研究过分吹捧碘盐的作用）

　　我参阅的主要文献有：

　　Iodine requirements and the risks and benefits of correcting 
iodine deficiency in populations
　　Benefits and risks from the national strategy for improvement of 
iodine nutrition in Bulgaria: study on schoolchildren living in a 
rural area 
　　Development and uation of an educational program to promote the

　　Goiter and Other Iodine Deficiency Disorders: A Systematic Review 
of Epidemiological Studies to Deconstruct the Complex Web Activities 
and achievements in the elimination of iodine deficiency disorders
　　The regulation of thyroid function during normal pregnancy: 
importance of the iodine nutrition status

　　等等。

　　头两篇文献，谈论了普遍推广加碘盐的有利与风险。这两篇客观的分析使我
相信方舟子博文里所写的内容。关于风险问题，方在其博文中也有所阐述。

　　博主认为，悲哀的不是碘盐政策，而是教育政策。教育搞了这么多年，国人
依然没有科学精神。这才是最为可悲的。五四时期大家追逐的德先生和塞先生，
竟然没有一个存活于今世，悲哉！
