                  杨敬安教授两次抄袭同一篇论文

    比较Ehud Rivlin和Ronen Basri在1992年发表的这篇论文：

Ehud Rivlin and Ronen Basri, Localization and positioning using combinations 
of model views, M.I.T, A.I. Memo number 1376, July 1992

和合肥工业大学人工智能研究所杨敬安教授在1995年在IEEE/RSJ智能机器人和系统
国际会议论文集上发表的这篇论文：

J.A.Yang, An algorithm for localization and positioning using linear
combinations of model views, Proceedings to the IEEE/RSJ International
Conference on Intelligent Robots and Systems (IROS-95), 1995, pp. 549-554.

    在确认杨敬安是逐字逐句抄袭乃至复制公式、插图、照片的同时，我也注意到，
Rivlin & Basri有关误差分析的部分，在杨敬安的抄袭论文中不见了。但是我在检索
杨敬安的发表记录时，发现他在两年后，在1997年IEEE智能处理系统国际会议论文集
上发表的这篇论文，恰好是关于同一模型的误差分析的：

    因此我怀疑这也是抄自Rivlin & Basri的论文。一位研究人工智能的专家肯定了
我的猜测，并寄来了杨敬安的这篇论文供比较。的确，在这篇论文中，杨敬安全盘照
抄了Rivlin & Basri论文中的公式、插图、照片（那些美国办公室的照片！），而且
同样是逐字逐句的抄袭。我们可以比较其中的一段：

    Rivlin & Basri1992年的论文：

"The suggested interative process is based on a Taylor expansion of the
perspective coordinates, As described below, this expansion results in a
polynomial consisting of terms each of which can be approximated by linear
combinations of views. The first terms of this series represents the 
orthographic approximation. The process resembles a method of matching 3D 
points with 2D points describeds recently by DeMenthon and Davis [3]. In 
this case, however, the method is applied to 2D models rather than 3D ones. 
In our applications the 3D coordinateds of the model points are not provided;
instead they are approximated from the model views."

    杨敬安1997年的论文：

"This section proposed an algorithm for reducing perspective distortions 
by iterative scheme based on a Taylor expansion of the perspecitve
coordinates. This expansion results in a polynomial consisting of terms 
each of which can be approximated by linear combinations of views. The first
terms of this series represents the orthographic approximation. The process
resembles a method of matching 3D points with 2D points. In this case, 
however, the method is applied to 2D models rather than 3D ones. In our
application the 3D coordinates of the model points are not provided; instead
they are approximated from the model views."

    除了第一句话调换了一下表达顺序，和在中间删掉了研究者名字，其他每一个
句子、每一个单词都是一模一样的。

    时隔两年，重抄同一篇论文，这表明杨敬安的抄袭，绝不是偶然的、一时的糊涂，
而是有计划、成规模进行的。据报道杨敬安发表了140多篇论文。我们有理由相信，
如果仔细研究他的所有论文，可以发现更多的抄袭。
