During the whole Kosovo campaign, there were thousands of missions flew by F-117, only one got shoot down, and another one got injured. There was another F-16 got shoot down. Out of 1000+ aircrafts, only 2 got shoot down plus one crash landed in sea. Yugoslavia's air defense was totally ineffective. If they really had a way to track down F-117, you would see a lot more than just one got shoot down. It's merely a bad luck plus operation error costed that F-117. And the bottomline is that the Yugoslavia lost completely, there isn't anything to wealth to boast.
