The website should be a good start. By my only concern is that few of the publication appeared in the mainstream economics journals(yup, I am snobbish). The current challenges to me is the possibility to make it inside the regime of economic modelling and hence get the data generating process, rather than just presenting some discriptive statistics (academic economists don't buy them). The article you recommended is a bit like business proposal rather than academic work. But anyway, I need to get myself familiar with the context, since building math model is always my strength.
