The first explanations by Mr. Fang and Yan Yang are very clear indeed. What I followed was just trying to get more information regarding the procedural differences between the two countries. Then people got mad and think I am a defender of something or wanted to misleading people. One should not so sensitive and so easy to jump to conclusions. I presume those who present here are all experienced and mature.
