Most people here live outside China and I don't think
Indian restaurant import wheat flour from India to make
naans and neither do I think that Chinese import flour from China for their own baking needs. Both just use
wheat flour available in the USA so your explaination
does not account for discrepancy in tastes between
Indian bing and Chinese bing
