It's safe to say that it is more difficult to deal with mother nature than to deal with people you live with aka society. So can I say the 1st relationship has more dominating effect on determining a culture, especially in anciant time? I heard the place where Chinese culture was originated had (and is still having) a lot of flood, big enough to severely affect agriculture production therefore the survival of the civilization. What about Ancient Greek and ancient European civilization? Did they have a lot of flood or bad weather that affected their survival?

Human-nature relationship is certainly to a large degree determined by where a civilization is geographically located. I read even in NA, Candians has a different attitude towards nature than Americans does, becaus of harsh winter over there.
