I only applied his logic. Travelling by airplane and working in a coal mine is the same: you take risk in order to reduce cost, hence make economic gain, or to make profit, although such profit is very small for individual miners. Whether 违规采矿 or not is a different issue.
Yes I believe one's rights include food, clothing and basic shelter only. Anything beyond is profit. If you aren't happy that you don't get equal opportunity of making profit as others do, you can fight for such opportunity and such fight incurrs cost. No one will answer your demand to give you it for free.
