These are the obvious things that F&F & their lawyers must be considering:

1, Since it is 公诉, it is not clear if F&F can appeal in some way (the judge has convicted Xiao and others in the charges the prosecutors brought, so prosecutors at most will appeal the sentencing, but maybe one can appeal the prosecutor about the charges?).

2, file a civil suit.
