comparing industrial accident to famine is total BS. Who ever wrote this shit doesn't know concept of risk or uncertainty and the profit associating with it. Famine means certain death but coal mining is not. There is also no convincing evidence proving the majority of coal miners would be starved to death if they don't get into this industry. By his logic, people who have to travel by airplane should also blame the government for not granting them right of traveling with zero risk.
