But I think you should be cautious. As far as I know many so called 酒店式公寓 is results of miscalculation of property developers: they can't sell the bare property due to many reasons, mainly location I mean specific location not inside the inner circle or outside blah blah, so they convert them into 酒店式公寓 in jope buyers will see some additional value.

btw from the picture that unit is 普通装修. I guess you have not seen anything beyond 普通装修.
