也许是因为双方引用的文献不同,希望能知道版主所采用的文献, 以便有兴趣的读者能与他们探讨.

“多不饱和脂肪酸会同时降低“坏”胆固醇和“好”胆固醇的含量,而单不饱和脂肪酸在降低“坏”胆固醇含量的同时,却不影响“好”胆固醇的含量。”

波士顿儿童医院专家主办的一个健康网页文摘:

“Monounsaturated fat is considered the most "heart healthy" type of fat. Research shows that monounsaturated fats may help to decrease LDL ("bad") cholesterol and increase HDL ("good") cholesterol.” (翻译: 研究结果显示,单不饱和脂肪酸可能有助于降低 “坏”胆固醇含量以及增加 “好”胆固醇含量.

“Polyunsaturated fat is also a "heart healthy" type of fat. There are two essential fatty acids (linolenic and linoleic) that your body uses to make chemicals that control blood pressure, blood clotting, and your immune system response. Linolenic fatty acids are also called Omega-3 fats, and they are known to have many health benefits.”( 这里波士顿儿童医院的作者并没有提出多不饱和脂肪酸对“坏”胆固醇含量以及“好”胆固醇含量是否有影响的观点)
